As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs. Your primary responsibility will be to identify top talent through various channels and assist with portions of the recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online platforms, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Where needed: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
