The Construction Systems Associate is responsible for system support, analytics, and reporting. They will be responsible for standard use and application of systems specific to Americas’ Construction business such as Procore and HeavyJob. They will also work to maintain data to streamline, simplify and improve the overall reliability of RES Construction data for standard reporting and analytics. The efforts of this role will result in enablement of data-driven decisions with regards to improving operational excellence in construction. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring an understanding of RES’ back-office functions and site process(es).

Provide operational support and manage consistent use of systems to ensure quick time to value, successful training that meets established goals and a positive customer experience.

Be the front-line subject matter expert in diagnosing and deep diving into system inefficiencies, technical issues and customer concerns; take ownership of investigating and getting to root cause and work with stakeholders to resolve.

Collaborate in defining and automate workflows and processes associated with system features and reports

Build queries for use in Power BI reports, focus on efficient and automated back-end queries.

Manage data and respective pipelines to ensure adaptability/scalability to internal and external system upgrades and/or business process changes.

Build, integrate, test and maintain data pipelines in effort to improve the reliability and accessibility of RES Construction data

Establishe and direct system, data and reporting governance, including roles and responsibilities, standard operating procedures and guidelines

Present, support, and lead-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
Skills:

Excellent technical problem-solving skills

Intermediate Procore skills required, Advanced skills preferred
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (equivalent is 8 years) in Data Management related field.

Must have 2 years as Project Manager, or equivalent position on relevant and comparable construction projects.

Anticipated Pay Range : $72,000.00 - $85,000.00
