What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Clerk position at Research Underwriters Headquarters?
The Assistant will be responsible for many different duties including greeting guests, tidying office space, answering phones, and directing the calls to the appropriate people and managing office supplies. The Assistant will also be tasked with planning company wide events and activities, scheduling meetings in conference rooms and helping with zoom calls. The Assistant should have strong time management skills and be comfortable working both independently and in a team. The Assistant will also be tasked with other ad-hoc duties as necessary so being flexible is also a must!
Responsibilities Of The Assistant
- Greet guests and visitors
- Handle inbound and outbound mail
- Answer phones and emails and direct to appropriate party
- Manage office supply inventory and cleanliness
- Help with company wide events and activities
- Schedule meetings and travel
- Other adhoc duties as needed
Qualifications For The Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft office - Outlook Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
