We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our EMEA team. Our Enterprise Sales Executives play a critical role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. These goals are achieved by selling 3Sixty enterprise software, our proprietary solution in the alternative accommodations space, to C-level executives in a variety of organizations across the US market.
The ideal candidate for this position is an ambitious and empathetic A-player with a collaborative mentality. They will have a be a self-starter, motivated by a strong internal locus of control with the ability to uphold professional integrity at all times. Our Sales Executives are inspirational and persuasive presenters, with superb listening skills and the ability to overcome objections to convert skeptics into enthused new clients. They maintain a confident and polished appearance and ensure all internal and external written and verbal communications are kind, accurate and effective
Essential Functions:
- Identify, open and close enterprise deals: new clients or upsell existing accounts
- Establish and work pipeline generate own opportunities to supplement inbound qualified leads (80/20 split)
- Develop needs, identify prospect pain points to drive value
- Accurately forecast quarterly revenue
- Follow a structured deal qualification process
- Manage senior client/prospect relationships offering value-added, insightful and strategic solutions to maximize ROI
- Manage all types of sales negotiations (simple and complex)
- Work with clients to build value-based ROI business cases that justify large investments
- Communicate interdepartmentally with the extended team of pre-sales (Marketing), Client Services, Supply Chain and others to deliver the best client experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-10 years of proven sourcing and closing experience in greenfield environments
- Demonstrated experience executing compelling on-site and web presentations and product demonstrations, to C-Level executives
- Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our capabilities to C-level executives, VPs, directors, and sales managers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft PowerPoint. Previous Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, grammatical, proofreading and written communications skills
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals w/ a strong track record
- Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejections to achieve results
- Ability to run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, within the enterprise segment
- Understanding of the difference between a value sell vs feature sell
