This position is directly responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing clients; promoting the sales of additional services, new technologies and content offerings; and establishing new customers within the Residence Life Cinema Division (RLC) of Swank Motion Pictures through routine communication with clients.
In addition to the above, the Account Manager is responsible for creating long-term client partnerships and working closely with the RLC team throughout contract renewal process. Therefore, this role requires the business skills needed for maintaining Client relationships, strategic planning, communicating Client issues to management and ensuring issues are resolved and documented.
The overall objective of this position is the pursuit of excellence through an open partnership with internal and external customers. This is accomplished through understanding and achieving the best outcomes for the corporation. To do so, one must have an understanding of our customer needs and how they impact other department need in order to implement, maintain, and support the products and services sold by Swank Motion Pictures.
