Title: Clinical Director/Supervisor - Connecticut
Work Location: Can work remotely - CT license required.
Job Description:

Resilience Lab is looking for LCSW's, LPCs, LMFT's and Psychologists licensed in Connecticut to join as Clinical Directors/Supervisors, changing how therapy is practiced in the state.
As a clinical director at Resilience Lab, you leverage our infrastructure while increasing your revenue, teaching, and learning from our clinical collective and serving clients. This is a unique opportunity for the right clinicians with at least 3-5 years practicing in private practice or agency leadership settings to lead in a supervisory role. If you are:

  • wanting to develop your skills as a supervisor or mentor
  • wanting to increase your income beyond meeting with clients one-on-one
  • wanting to join a learning collective committed to improving clinical outcomes
  • considering starting a group practice but concerned that the learning curve or expense was not what you wanted to spend

Our anti-racist, trauma-informed methodology was developed by our co-founder Christine Carville while supervising students and new therapists at Columbia University and at the ACT Team at Metropolitan Hospital in NYC. Her 15 years of experience as a clinician and 11 as an educator-led to the realization that the most important element of successful therapy is the relationship between a client and therapist. From those experiences, our unique methodology and supporting technology were born. In addition, our process ensures that all of our therapists are trained in multiple techniques under the close supervision of our senior clinicians. This assures all members of the Resilience team are focused on achieving measurable and enduring results for our clients both in-person and online.
For the new supervisors that join us:

  • We provide all the non-clinical infrastructure (EMR system, HIPPA compliant software, web presence and e-marketing).
  • We source, select with you and hire five therapists that create the new team working with the supervisor.
  • We provide the clients that are needed to fill the caseload for you and those 5 therapists.

= > this creates a unique learning and mentoring environment as well as significant financial revenue opportunity.
Together our college of supervisors:

  • Acts as an agency serving the needs of the newer therapists that we mentor, train and supervise.
  • Acts as a learning community of clinicians and are building the largest group practicing and delivering evidence-based therapy based on the most diverse and complementary set of skills and backgrounds.
  • We are building a brand that clients can trust when looking for the best place in CT to find help and support. Our clients learn the skills they need to master to be their best possible selves.

Psychotherapist skills & requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Masters, Ph.D or Psy.D program
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing self-care
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • At least 5 years of practice

Key Goals and metrics used to measure success:

  • Network within the health professional community and other potential business areas to maintain continuity of work and client base
