Role
The Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator Senior provides plant operations with raw materials per production schedule. The MLC also requests, receives, stores, and transfers controlled materials compliant with cGMP practices and receives minimal instructions on routine assignments while working under supervision, and detailed instructions on new work, which is closely supervised and reviewed.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate distribution delivery with manufacturing
- Receive, verify, scans, and stocks
- Pick, de-trash, sanitize, and delivers materials to
- Determine possible and actual
- Perform inventory transactions within the manufacturing systems, including cycle counting.
- Order and deliver indirect supplies and
- Collect and store manufacturing samples
- May handle hazardous, temperature, and time sensitive
- Verify accuracy of work
- Determine possible root causes of cycle count error and initiate action to correct these deficiencies.
- Set up or reconfigure manufacturing stocking
- Provides training and guidance to less experienced
- May coordinate hazardous waste
- Coordinate materials and resources to meet Manufacturing special
- Redline documents and initiate workflow and DCR’s in Geode
- CDI, CAPA Deviation and Investigation access in Phenix
- NCMR access in track wise
- Manages TSK Sendsuites, shipping and receiving of vessels
- Manages and runs monthly Inventory Review Board (IRB) Meeting
- Manages and approves eBuy requisitions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 3 - 5 years of related experience or AS/BS degree and 1-2 years of experience
- Prior experience in a GMP environment is preferred
- Prior experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred
