Community Engagement Representative Duties:
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition
- Process sales orders in person with potential buyers and exceed sales targets
- Explaining to customers the best products for their needs in person
- Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members
- Take initiative and resolve escalations or objections
- Represent the company as needed at community events and networking gatherings
- Record and maintain accurate statistical data on all individuals approached
- Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
- Must be organized
- Must be personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be a team player
- Must have strong communication skills
- Comfort taking the initiative to learn the data needs of the program, determine and generate corresponding data reports, and share findings on an ongoing basis
