What are the responsibilities and job description for the PLANT OPERATOR position at Resintech Inc?
Primary Responsibility
- Unload resin into containers
- Transfer resin from containers into the separator vessel
- Separate resin for regeneration
- Transfer resin to regenerator vessels and start regeneration process
- Transfer resin from regenerator vessels into the mixing tower
- Mix resin, Dry, and empty into Containers, Drums/Sacks
- In tank regens
- All other duties as assigned
Secondary Responsibility
- Load and unload trucks
- Warehouse Inventory Control
- Waste Treatment Operator backup
- Maintain a clean work area
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Chemical operating experience
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
work environment
Required to be in a standing position and work in an area that is damp and wet.
