PART-TIME OFFICE COORDINATOR
Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Office Coordinator to join our Lovettsville, Virginia team to be the first point of contact for our guests and provide a broad range of administrative support to our management team. The position provides an opportunity to join a fast-paced elite team whose primary mission is to support our Nation's War Fighters. The candidate will have an opportunity to be a member of a world-class team consisting of talented and dedicated engineers, technicians and professionals who work together to interrupt and challenge the status quo to design and develop state-of-the-art technologies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greets Resonant Sciences visitors and guests and directs them to the appropriate staff member.
- Collect, log, and distribute all incoming mail.
- Open shipments; match-up invoices to packing slips; and organize for Procurement.
- Help with packing of shipments; make packing slips and labels. Log shipment transactions.
- Maintains office and shipping supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; order supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Prepares correspondence, presentations, email communications, and excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain filing system.
- Performs scheduling tasks including calendar coordination of employees and visitors; select/order catering services for office functions and customer visits.
- Assist in general office administration and provides administrative support to special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels.
