Software Administrator

Overview:

Resound Networks, the 6th largest RDOF Phase I winner in the nation with more than $300 million in awards through 7 states, is looking to hire a Vitruvi Superuser/Coordinator. This person will be an integral part of our organization and will report directly to the Vice
President of Construction. Our company uses Vitruvi as a Cloud based construction management tool for our company; designed to streamline construction processes and improve project efficiency. We are willing to accept candidates that have experience with Software that is like Vitruvi, including but not limited to Workforce, Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Autodesk BIM 360.

We are seeking a Vitruvi Superuser to join our team and help us get the most out of our Vitruvi software. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting for users, as well as design and implementation of Vitruvi software
solutions to address business needs. The Vitruvi Superuser will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to maintain and improve the software, and will be responsible for ensuring that all users are able to use the software effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users of Vitruvi , both remotely and in person.
• Train new users on the use of Vitruvi and provide ongoing training and support to existing users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the software, and escalate to the IT team, Vitruvi Support, leadership as required.
• Facilitate ideation and discovery sessions with users, project, and business teams.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Design, build and implement solutions that drive business value.
• Write scripts that enhance Vitruvi functionality and value for users.
• Ensure that all users can use the software effectively and identify areas for

improvement.

• Act as a liaison between users and the IT team and provide feedback on user needs and concerns.
• Document workflows, processes, and solution design.

Requirements:

• Experience with construction software, including technical knowledge of its features and functionality. (Vitruvi Software is a )
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with software delivery best practices and delivery cycle (Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance)
• Coding/Scripting experience (Python, Java, C ),
