RES is currently accepting applications for an IT Service Delivery Analyst based in Sacramento, CA. Some travel may be required.
The mission: The IT Service Delivery Analyst is to provide a friendly, responsive, and effective technology customer service experience for internal employees. The position will assist other IT team members with software and hardware deployment, training materials, and ongoing documentation and tuning of technical systems.
To thrive in this role, you will need superior organization skills, as you will be tasked in handling tickets, maintaining software/hardware, creating training materials, that may arise among all RES employees. Additionally, you should be a problem solver as you work towards finding solutions to varying issues that may occur within RES IT infrastructure. Furthermore, you should be an excellent communicator as you will be in contact with varying individuals who seek assistance from you as the subject matter expert.
You will collaborate with other IT professionals within RES on a geographically distributed team spread throughout the US so the ability to work remote and in-office is required.
WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
50% of your time will be handling tickets that can range from troubleshooting PC hardware, maintaining software, providing technical support to RES employees, and creating training materials etc.
30% of your time will be allocated in documenting ticket statuses for further action, assist with deployment of software and hardware, and working alongside the IT Service Delivery Lead to identify training and technical needs.
20% of your time will be dedicated to performing periodic satisfaction reviews on completed tickets, triage, and track service desk tickets, and providing overall support for all end-user service requests.
