What are the responsibilities and job description for the Energy Efficiency Engineer position at Resource Innovations?
Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Efficiency Engineer to join our growing team! As an engineer with Resource Innovations, you will be responsible for providing technical support services for the research, planning and analytics group within Resource Innovations’ Utility Services business unit, and will work on energy efficiency program planning, delivery and evaluation with a focus on engineering and analysis support.
As an Energy Efficiency Engineer, you will contribute through performing energy engineering services for utility and end-use clients, performing energy efficiency calculations, conducting site visits and audits (ASHRAE I, II), installing field monitoring equipment, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Junior engineering and analysis support: field work, data collection, energy analyses, project research, etc.
- Conduct primary and secondary data collection efforts as well as data analysis.
- Conduct measurement and verification (M&V) activities for installed energy efficiency measures.
- Support impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses for energy efficiency programs.
- Assist with the development of data collection instruments.
- Support and assist with input for technical report writings; contribute to draft reports, including results and actionable recommendations.
- Support senior staff with development of presentations, papers and proposals.
- Other duties as assigned
