RMC is hiring for a Network Administrator who will provide support to an RDT&E environment at Patuxent River, MD.
The selected applicant will possess the following skills{{:}}
- Provide application support to the Network Infrastructure, Private Cloud, and RDT&E environment
- Install, configure, and maintain an organization's local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers
- Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems
- Review System and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups
- Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access
- Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses
- Perform network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
- Implement and maintain DoD security measures and provide artifacts to maintain system accreditation
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in RDT&E environments
- A Bachelor's Degree is desired and three to ten (3-10) years of experience in related infrastructure, operating systems, system administration work is required

- The selected applicant must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security CE)
Security Clearance Requirement{{:}}
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to start
- Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
