Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of 3 Commercial buildings and 1 residential property along with multiple vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplies and equipment management, HVAC, property maintenance, and landscaping maintenance. Candidate must be organized and efficient in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with relevant vendors ie: HVAC, building management teams, waste management, snow removal, supplies vendors, contractors, etc...
- Fixture Management
- Property Maintenance and manage maintenance schedule with vendors if needed
- Vehicle Care and maintenance
- Manage sports facility schedule and rosters
- Cleaning Management of all Commercial and Residential buildings
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager
- Strong knowledge of Commercial and Residential Maintenance Management
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems is a plus
-Valid Driver's License with no violations
- Valid Car Insurance
- Flexibility to work various hours including weekends
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
