HR Coordinator
Pay Rate: $25.78
Location: Fourance Street
Short Term Temporary – month
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to assist our client’s HR team with a month-long project. General duties include pulling new hire documents and file records, merging HR file records, entering new hire data into the HR system and documents as they come, organizing files for reference, and gathering information for different departments when requested. Attention to detail is vital in this role to ensure information can be retrieved quickly and easily. We prefer candidates who have filing experience or experience as an HR Clerk in an office setting.
HR Coordinator’s Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process HR documents and paperwork
- Scan files and enter data into the database
- Maintain and organize both the digital and hardcopy filing systems
- Retrieve documents and paperwork when requested
- Make necessary updates to staff records with new information; remove or archive any records that are outdated or obsolete
File Clerk Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in an office environment as a file clerk or HR Clerk/Assistant
- Keen attention to detail
- MS Office
- Must be a team player
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
