Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator. As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the organization.
Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and assist with the selection process
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Support performance management processes, including employee evaluation and feedback
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Paylocity, and UltiPro
- Assist with compliance of employment labor laws and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Paylocity, and UltiPro
- Familiarity with performance management practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
