Immediately Hiring Entry Level Welders in Chambersburg PA!
Small metal furnishing company looking for several candidates with at least 6 months experience in welding and an eagerness to be trained to become a Jet Operator using warm water when welding.
$17.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience
Temp to Hire
Shifts available:
- 1st - 6:00am - 2:30pm M-F
- OT as needed up to 4:00pm
Training Available
Welder General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reads, interprets and perform to specification, blueprints and job orders.
- Follow safety regulations and performs jobs in a safe manner.
- Weld both Tig and Mig all types of metals - Steel, Aluminum, Stainless, Etc..
- Analyze and resolve welding problems.
- Ability to build and assist with building fixtures, preparation of weld zones, tacking assemblies in position, cleaning welds, repairing welds and checking welds to specification.
- Willingness and ability to become a welding resource for the company.
- Other duties assigned
Welder Job Requirements:
- Welding experience a plus but not needed
- Must be willing to train up to jet operator
- Job requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to do overtime as needed
- Job requires ability to communicate in English
- Willingness and ability to perform in a team atmosphere.
