We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Donna TX!
Schedule: M-F ; 8a-5p
Pay: $18/hr. Paid weekly!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Maintain customer files
- Manage on-hand inventories and customer orders
- Provide support for other Customer Service Representatives
- Process purchase orders
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Proficient computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated & Organized
- Attention to detail
