Location: Robinson, IL

Pay rate: $17 per hour Shifts: Part-Time Weekend 6:00 am – 6:00 pm 

Job Description: 

This individual will work mainly in an office setting, but is also required to assist with line work in the production areas of the plant.

As a coordinator, you are the main point of contact for ResourceMFG staff working within the Hershey plant.

Job duties and responsibilities may include the following:

• Manage and communicate schedules and make updates as needed.
• Complete and file paperwork.
• Answers phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Delegate assignments and tasks to production associates.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure production requirements are being met and processes and procedures are being adhered to.
• Work as a mentor; provide feedback to associates and management.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excels at time management and is organized and detail-oriented.
• Works well in a fast-paced workplace and is good at multi-tasking.
• Manages production assistants and has strong leadership skills.
• Manages production associates and has strong leadership skills.
• Communicates effectively on the phone, by email, and in person.

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma required
• Must be knowledgeable of all MS office software
• Customer service experience
• Flexibility is a must as this position may need you to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1 year of Leadership Experience
