Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:15pm
Job Description
- Perform the day-to-day administration of the company’s 401(k) plan.
- Facilitate the annual Non-Discrimination testing of the 401(k) plan in conjunction with external auditors.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all Paid Time Off policies including state mandated Sick Leave for multi-state employer.
- Troubleshoot any system configuration issues in Workday for PTO benefits including setting up Accruals, adjusting balances (including transfer program), tracking, auditing and meeting reporting requirements of same. Support employees and management with absence or attendance questions.
- Adheres to time-sensitive deadlines which directly impact bi-weekly payroll processing working closely with payroll and benefits teams.
Education & Experience
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience combination.
- Experience in Human Resources two years Required.
- Experience with HRIS system (specifically Workday) Preferred.
