DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY – Fleet Services Mechanic
$52,000.00 annually
6AM – 4PM (Monday thru Friday)
ResourceMFG is seeking an experience Mechanic for our NW Houston client.
- Diagnose, maintain, repair, and service a wide variety of fleet and specialized vehicles. Service vehicles with fuel, oil, and coolant
- Perform preventive maintenance by checking items such as battery condition, tire air pressure, coolant and oil levels, and hydraulic and brake fluid levels
- Maintain vehicle records such as mileage logs, maintenance schedules, recall/warranty issues, and repairs needed and completed; observe vehicle safety and warning indicators and make needed corrections; schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair
- Assist with fleet vehicle repair after damage and/or repair
- Conduct installation and removal of auxiliary equipment;
- Keep records related to work accomplished or products used
- Transport fleet vehicles to designated sites for schedule maintenance/repair
- Ensure fleet vehicles are delivered safely to designated sites
- Operate auxiliary equipment associated with vehicles. Direct Hire $52,000.00 annually
- Must have recent Mechanics experience
- Knowledge of tools and equipment needed to perform duties
- Good computer skills
