Duties would include:

  • Filing
  • Data Entry (will not be able to access HR systems though)
  • Assisting employees with basic HR needs
  • Helping with kiosks (Workday logins, Gensuite training, etc.)
  • Communication (phone calls and texts)
  • Set up for visitors
  • Interviewing
  • Etc.
