What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician repair position at ResourceMFG?
ResourceMFG is hiring experienced Repair Technician associates in our assembly department, with a local manufacturer in Buford, GA area! Training will be provided to all new associates!
Location: Buford
Payrate: Based on Experience $16hr-18hr
Available Shifts:
- Monday-Friday 6am-3:30pm
Job Duties Include:

Receives, inspects, tests, and repairs customer returns to the component level in a prompt and timely manner

Receive and inspect customer returns per process.

Data entry in spreadsheets and databases.

Communicate with customer at a technical level via email and web application.

Manage transactions through ERP systems and or other web based systems

Mechanical disassembly/reassembly of customer units down to the PCB level.
- Troubleshoot and test customer products to the component level using digital multi-meter, power supplies and customer testing system (Spider) as required on the path to diagnosing and repairing product
- SMT Soldering of components using a hot air rework station and soldering iron on customer equipment
- Multitask multiple projects.
