The Human Resources Operations Manager (OM-HR) is supports the strategic and administrative duties of Human Resources teams that is comprised of the Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources, Learning and Development, HRIS, HR Compliance, Employee Resources, and Wellbeing. The position requires advanced and well-developed, critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, the ability to manage to deadlines, and consistent and reliable use of effective communication. This manager must be an innovator, change maker, creative thinker and coalition builder.
This role will also provide participate in the development, implementation and management of all related technological platforms, dashboards and other performance metrics across the teams. The qualified canidate must be able to understand and represent the position and priorities of the Chief Human Resource Officer and other team leaders.

Responsibilities/Duties
Advanced project management skills:
• Management of multiple projects, and timelines while maintaining high level of quality and attention to detail
• Change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent oral, written, verbal and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and presentation tools
• Demonstrate initiative and creativity in solving problems, identification and resolution of barriers and needs
• Demonstrate strong relationship-building, organizational, and planning skills
Working on a team to provide leadership and management on the HR Initiatives:
• Operational initiatives, budget initiatives, strategic initiatives, etc.
• Develop and implement strategies to solicit stakeholder feedback
Ensuring the completion of miscellaneous reporting as requested by, but not limited to:
• Government and/or regulatory entities (DOL, BLS, etc).
• Internal RHD reporting (Board reports, Executive reports, departmental reports, dashboards & KPIs, etc)
• Ability to develop presentation materials (charts, graphs, etc) on KPIs and other metrics
Required Experience
• 8-10 years experience in HR related fields, with 2-3 yrs managing HR staff
Required Education
Required Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple projects, while maintaining high level of quality and attention to detail.
Excellent change management skills
Excellent oral, written, verbal and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Publisher.
Proven ability to:
Demonstrate initiative and creativity in solving problems, and,
Demonstrate strong relationship-building, organizational, and planning skills.
