Resources for Human Development is seeking mission driven individuals to join our programs located in the greater New Orleans area, Louisiana.
The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) director will direct and implement the clinical design and operational functioning of the ACT service system. This role will devise strategies that support effective quality assurance, programmatic, and personnel structures in order to maintain and improve the efficiency of daily operations within the ACT service system.
- Ensures compliance with all funder, licensing, accreditation, and any other regulatory standards.
- Provides support, oversight and supervision to all Clinical Managers in the ACT program
- Provides ongoing management development and coaching for ACT clinical staff in partnership with the Clinical Manager
- Measures, analyzes and evaluates the service delivery trends and needs of the teams and/or persons served and recommends adjustments as needed
- Builds and sustains positive working relationships with community partners, funders and MCOs in collaboration with the State Director
- Maintains a billable census for each team in-line with budget projections
- Manages Performance/Management/Measurement/Improvement process
- Travels locally between offices and in the community as needed
- 3-5 years experience providing services to individuals with Behavioral Health Challenges
- 3 years experience in program leadership (5 years preferred)
- Experience with the Assertive Community Treatment fidelity model(s)
- Previous experience on an ACT team preferred
- Experience utilizing an electronic health record
- Expertise in Microsoft office(including Word and Excel
- Master's Degree in a Human Services field, including but not limited to: education, rehabilitation, counseling, or social work
- Must be actively licensed in the state of Louisiana to conduct social services independently with credentials such as: LCSW or LPC
- Knowledge in accreditation and/or licensing regulation and compliance
- Ability to pass background check, Medicaid and Medicare exclusion checks, and hold an NPI / taxonomy
