Job Description
Requirement:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in Agile.
- Experience in MS Visio.
- Experience in AEM.
- Thorough understanding of XF/CFs, editable templates, user groups/permissions, CRXDE, DAM, AEM sites, workflows, Admin console, and cloud manager.
- Experience in gathering both functional and business requirements.
- Experience working in detailed business support processes, and detailed technology processes, enabling a high-quality highly available solution.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements using interviews, requirement workshops, use cases, etc.
- Document detailed business requirements and provide recommendations to refine the business processes.
- Troubleshoot issues brought by the content authoring team through analysis of logs, monitoring, and configurations.
- Support test strategy definition, test requirements definition, development of test scenarios, and execution of test phases.
- Communicate project progress with all levels of stakeholders.
