Job Description
Requirements:
- Must have over 5 years of experience working as a HRIS Business Analyst.
- Experience with HR metrics, talent management processes, and best practices.
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and data extraction techniques.
- Experience with statistical concepts and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis by gathering and cleaning HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, and employee surveys.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in employee data to support HR strategy development.
- Create comprehensive HR reports and dashboards visualizing key metrics and KPIs, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity.
- Provide regular and ad hoc data analysis to support informed HR decision-making.
- Develop predictive models to anticipate workforce trends, attrition, and talent needs for proactive HR planning.
- Utilize predictive analytics to identify potential issues related to employee retention, performance, and HR effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing HR processes, policies, and programs through data insights.
