Job Description

Requirements:

  • Must have over 5 years of experience working as a HRIS Business Analyst.
  • Experience with HR metrics, talent management processes, and best practices.
  • Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and data extraction techniques.
  • Experience with statistical concepts and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills-verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis by gathering and cleaning HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, and employee surveys.
  • Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in employee data to support HR strategy development.
  • Create comprehensive HR reports and dashboards visualizing key metrics and KPIs, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc data analysis to support informed HR decision-making.
  • Develop predictive models to anticipate workforce trends, attrition, and talent needs for proactive HR planning.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to identify potential issues related to employee retention, performance, and HR effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing HR processes, policies, and programs through data insights.
