The Opportunity


Response Labs is seeking an Account Executive with digital advertising agency experience to join our team at our Baltimore headquarters.


**This is NOT a sales position. It is an agency client service role--only those with advertising agency experience should apply**


As an Account Executive, you will support the Client Service team, delivering on all client needs outlined in your account’s scopes of work. You will work day-to-day with Production, Strategy and Data, Media, Creative and other cross-functional Team Members to tackle each Client’s unique needs. This position requires excellent account service, client relationship and trust building and the ability to motivate internal and external teams. 


Projects you support will include CRM and loyalty marketing campaigns and the creative execution and development programming of email, SMS, push, and digital media assets. You will shepherd all projects through our project management system, work cross functionally with internal resources to ensure projects are set up for success and executed on time, on budget and deliver on the strategy and client expectations.


Our Clients look to and trust us to bring solutions at all levels and to be stewards of their CRM and loyalty marketing programs. You must be able to balance multiple large complex projects with quick turn fast paced deliverables with a small, yet nimble team.


The ideal Team Member is curious, self-motivated, and a quick learner, able to produce in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where switching between multiple projects with a keen eye for detail is the norm.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure the execution of all CRM and loyalty marketing programs for the client meet the outlined strategy, and that all work is adhering to that plan
  • Assist in the execution of strategic planning for Clients annually, quarterly, monthly (depending on the pace of business), assisting in all scope creation and content planning for recommended initiatives
  • Ensure internal team has all necessary direction, assets, and project briefs providing clear direction for the team
  • Work with the team to secure key insights on existing campaigns and projects, constantly looking for optimization opportunities for increased performance
  • Manage budgets, resources and timelines for account initiatives


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience working directly with clients in an advertising agency, or similar position.
  • Proven experience supporting the planning, strategy and execution of digital projects (particularly CRM marketing: lead or customer prospecting, acquisition and/or nurturing; or loyalty programs) as either an account coordinator or executive and/or project coordinator or manager.
  • Experience executing or supporting the execution of the following digital marketing elements: email, digital advertising (paid search, paid social, display, etc), website/landing page development or updates, mobile push or SMS messages, creative design and copywriting, automated campaigns, and analytics setup, tracking and reporting.
  • Understanding of email marketing and paid media marketing best practices.
  • Ability to understand campaign data and work cross functionally to ensure insight driven recommendations for performance optimizations are communicated weekly.


Nice to Haves

  • Experience in the following systems is a plus: Punchh, Paytronix, Braze, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Marigold (Cheetah Loyalty and Cheetah Messaging), Mailchimp, or similar enterprise-level loyalty and or messaging platforms.
