Founded and led by billion-dollar investment and operations company Founder and Executive Chairman, Peter Rex, ResProp (part of the Rex family of companies) is looking for a Business Development Analyst. ResProp’s aim is to provide the premier property management service to investors and owners of residential real estate.
As a Business Development Analyst, you will be coming in at this exciting, early phase of growing our business into a tech-forward property management service that will change the industry as we know it today. If you are a bold analyst who wants to make a difference, keep reading.
You are an expert in underwriting multi-family deals and are passionate about serving both owners and investors. You will be a core part of our Austin team and a core contributor to our growing business as a key advisor on all new deals.

What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with all aspects of the sales cycle: including prospecting, relationship management, underwriting, due diligence, and closing
- Teaming with operations to continually improve the property management capability
- Driving success by providing innovative strategies to the Business Development team
- As we grow, helping us build a capability that leads to sustainable results
What you must have:
- 2 years and track record of high performance in a sales role or a real estate finance role where you performed extensive underwriting
- Financial acumen and good business instincts
- Flexibility: In the future, there may be pivots to other Rex Companies
