Responsibilities
- Work across RBI technology and business teams to ensure key partners and suppliers are meeting KPIs set out in negotiations
- Maintain trackers with feedback and data covering touchpoints with strategic suppliers such as Comcast, GoCo (Telus), NCR, Panasonic, Xenial, Verifone, Stratacache, Vertex, Qualtrics, Zenput, Pypestream, Sutherland, and others
- Assist in maintaining contract tracker, uploading metadata to contract renewal software and renewal process with vendors
- Assist in creating partner executive summaries showing performance & strategic direction
- Partner SLA reporting & penalty tracking
- Contribute to developing partner roadmaps (software, hardware, services)
- Installation readiness, supply readiness, scale readiness, etc.
- End of life hardware/software
- Inventory of existing hardware components
- Work with the team to conduct QBRs and communicate key takeaways
- Support Procurement with vendor data for contract renewals or RFPs for service renewals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations Management, or related field
- 1-3 years technology experience, preferably within QSR, Retail, or Hospitality
- Demonstrated success performing quantitative and qualitative analyses and maintaining processes organized
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with outsourced suppliers/vendors
- Strong and clear communicator
- Able to prioritize multiple projects at one time
- Adapts readily and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Operates with a sense of urgency
- Detail-orientated and hands-on
