Our Fast Food Restaurant franchise has been around over 40 years and we have a history of continuous growth, we currently have over 141 restaurants and continue to open new stores including 10 new locations in 2022!

We're currently seeking Restaurant General Managers, Assistant Restaurant Managers and Shift Restaurant Managers. We're also seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers, and Shift Restaurant Managers.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you are an integral member of our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant and its employees. Our Restaurant general managers create a dining occasion that delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to our guests

Meets restaurant financial objectives, such as food and labor costs, sales, guest counts, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Operates a well-managed, clean, and safe restaurant
• Ensures proper employee staffing
• Supervises, trains, and develops team members
• Maintains strict compliance with health, safety, and security standards and procedures to provide a healthy and safe working and dining environment

Required Skills

• Seeking 3-4 years Restaurant Management experience in Quick Service / Fast Food restaurants.
• Customer Service driven, ambitious
• Team player
• Flexible to work any shifts or schedules.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Desired Skills

• Seeking 3-4 years Restaurant Management experience in Quick Service / Fast Food restaurants.

Pay: $53,000.00 - 65,000.00 per year bonus (up to 20K) for Restaurant General Managers
