Focused on sales, people leadership, and strategy, Restaurant Technologies’ Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads a top-performing regional sales team in selling and management of key accounts. The RSM assists its remote team to identify franchise, regional and local sales opportunities, and develops relationships with key franchisees and concept-specific influencers. Additionally, in this role, you will partner with territory operations teams to ensure that the sales and depot teams achieve individual and team goals, maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction and retain great customers. As Regional Sales Manager, you will also participate in presentations to close key accounts, and provide guidance in managing equipment roll-outs. REQUIREMENTS People leadership experience requirements: Experience leading and motivating remote corporate sales teams including: sales planning and forecasting, team building, coaching and training, results and compensation management, prospecting and account closure and retention. Ability to present to executive leaders and key stakeholders. Flexibility to travel extensively, including overnight travel 50% or more.
