What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Aide - Full Time - 3rd Shift position at Resthaven?
Schedule every other weekend is included in schedule. We can offer, 8 or 12-hour shifts.
Shift Incentives: extra .50/hr for hours worked 10 pm - 6 am.
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Resident Aide you get to provide quality personal care to our residents at our assisted living facility. Resident aides enjoy creating a positive relationship with residents and their guests, participating in activities, attending to resident needs, assisting with showers or bathing, passing medications, communicating observations, and documenting the services you provide.
