Schedule: We have 2nd & 3rd shift availability; every other weekend is included in schedule. We can offer 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts.
Shift Incentives: Extra $1/hr on top of base wage for hours worked between 2 - 10 pm, extra .50/hr for hours worked 10 pm - 6 am.
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Resident Aide you get to provide quality personal care to our residents at our assisted living facility. Resident aides enjoy creating a positive relationship with residents and their guests, participating in activities, attending to resident needs, assisting with showers or bathing, passing medications, communicating observations, and documenting the services you provide.
