The Facilities Supervisor oversees the success of the vendors/contracts process. The position develops strategies for cost saving projects to ensure best prices and negotiations. Coordinate local maintenance of the facilities.

In this role you will:
- Ensure Invoicing process is consistent and aligned with Company policies.
- Identify and vet best-in-class local vendors in sourcing products and services required to meet local site needs and standards.
- Work with contractors and vendors to ensure best pricing, maximum discounts and favorable terms are attained.
- Review all contract proposals and provide comments for my final review and consideration for execution at the corporate level.
- Ensure that all local expenditure requests are properly justified prior to moving forward with request.
- Review all vendor/contractor quotes and proposals.
- Coordinate and follow as to vendor shipments, confirm that all goods and materials ordered are received per quantity ordered in good condition and match the PO prior to release of vendor invoices for payment.
- Coordinate all customs documentation and paperwork for all goods and materials that are ordered to ensure that shipments comply, cleared and move seamlessly through the customs process.
- Ensure that local facilities are always properly maintained and kept in good working condition.
- Work with local SOD to identify site issues and coordinate all required local facility needs and improvements
- Coordinate and manage site employee transportation benefit program. Ensure and maintain employee payroll contribution deductions are accurate, up to date always coordinated with payroll services.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s Degree in administration, Finance or related 3 years work experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) including active listening
- Strong communication skills and able to negotiate with confidence and creativity
- Experience and knowledge of procurement and logistics management
- Computer literacy (proficient in MS Office applications, internet, and email) and with excellent typing skills
- Purchasing experience in a BPO setting (required)
