The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for processing incoming warranty claims from ZAGG franchisees and all franchise partners. This role is primarily focused on counting and reconciling RMA warranty claims and updating the appropriate ZAGG systems. This role also supports shipping and receiving operations for our corporate office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• 80% Warehouse management
o Processing and record warranty RMA’s
o Maintain warehouse work environment
o Dispose of counted and recorded RMA’s
o Communicate with Franchisees via email and phone concerning variances and discrepancies with their RMA’s
o Shipping and receiving
• 20% Other Duties as Assigned
