We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support all digital and demand generation efforts for our three, customer-facing brands, Commercial Zone Products, Retail Space Solutions and Trade Fixtures. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Senior Director of Marketing & Business Development to plan digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, manage our digital catalog using a PIM system, optimize marketing funnels to improve performance, and communicate results to company leaders. The successful candidate will also be charged with being a key liaison between our business and various digital/creative agencies. Essential Functions: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns - Responsible for planning, building, and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, using organic search campaigns, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and other channels to align with business objectives and increase awareness about company, brands, products, and services. Administer websites & publish content - Administer organization’s websites and publish content to support marketing campaigns as well as understand content management system and potentially perform technical website optimizations by modifying HTML or CSS code. Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns - Expected to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize them over time, using data analytics software tools like Google Analytics to understand how web traffic is being generated and identify the best opportunities to advance business goals like generating brand awareness or increasing conversions Communicate results to leadership - Prepare reports, dashboards, or presentations to demonstrate results; analyze campaign outcomes and show a positive return-on-investment from digital channels; and responsible for meeting specific KPI targets, such as total conversions, total leads generated, or number of engagements. Develop visual assets for digital campaigns – Work alongside freelance graphic designers and photographers to create visual assets to support marketing campaigns, including photography, videos, renderings, and graphics using tools like Adobe Illustrator. Ensure customer data and marketing lists are usable for ongoing marketing activities. Support the sales team with custom presentations and sales collateral. Coordinate tradeshow events including booth selection & furnishings, freight to show and sales collateral. Position Qualifications: Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.) Knowledge of backend website management Project managing marketing campaigns with internal and agency personnel Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Competencies Collaborating - Works cooperatively with others to help the team achieve its goals.
