Job Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Technical Support
- Prepare new systems and equipment for deployment
- Assist in maintaining hardware and software inventory
- Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting and support in all offices
- Conduct IT training for staff
- Maintain the HelpDesk ticketing system for accuracy and completeness
2. Documentation, Procedures, and Reporting
- Prepare specifications and users manuals for newly created or enhanced applications or technologies
- Develop and communicate progress on tasks and projects as required
- Enforce related policies and procedures with guidance from IT managers

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in computer science or 1 year relevant experience with PCs
- Ability to communicate effectively, including listening and writing skills
- Ability to perform basic maintenance of computers
- Familiarity with spreadsheet, database, word processing and other software programs
- Working knowledge of MS Windows 10
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
