combined reach of close to a million followers across all our social media channels, and
we are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who can elevate our
brand to the next level. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is deeply
ingrained in the world of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, is passionate
about crafting engaging content that resonates with audiences, and truly wants to
change the world.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute innovative content strategies
for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This includes ideating,
scripting, and recording compelling content that aligns with our brand's voice and
goals.
● Social Media Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a comprehensive social
media calendar to manage content postings and ensure consistent engagement
across all platforms.
● Optimization & Growth Hacking: Utilize advanced knowledge of social media
algorithms and hacks to optimize content visibility and engagement. Regularly
research and apply trending hashtags, sounds, and challenges to keep our
content fresh and viral.
● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of social media
campaigns and content, using insights to drive decisions and improve future
strategies.
● Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community by responding to
comments and messages, fostering a positive relationship with our audience.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in social media management, specifically with TikTok,
Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
● Be physically present in our offices at minimum one day a week for filming and to
build staff relationships. Much of the work will need to be done on-site at our
Auburn facility.
● Strong ability to generate creative ideas, write engaging scripts, and produce
high-quality video content.
● Excellent understanding of social media trends, keyword optimization, and
platform best practices.
● Ability to develop and maintain a detailed social media posting calendar.
● Strong analytical skills to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and
implement improvements.
Qualifications:
● 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
● Proficient with video editing software and social media management tools.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● A proactive and innovative approach to content creation and social media trends.
