Position summary:
Reuben’s Brews is looking for a craft beer advocate to pour delight for our customers and provide on the floor leadership for our team. We're searching for someone with enthusiasm for and knowledge of craft beer and an infectiously positive can-do attitude. We need a highly creative problem solver, a leader, a team player, a genuine people person. Whether providing on the floor leadership to the team, or being a model for exceptional customer service, we expect the highest quality and consistency to match the quality of our beer and food offerings.
About us:
Reuben's Brews is a family brewery that opened in 2012. We brew from the glass backwards: designing each beer with intention, unbound by constraints. We know making the extra effort is worth it. We are the most decorated brewery in Washington, have two brewhouses, two tasting rooms, and two private event spaces, and we distribute our beer predominantly in the Pacific Northwest. In 2023 we brewed 27,000 BBLs.
The role:
This role is responsible for the following:
• Leadership and on the floor management
- Great guest experience
- Safe, clean, and organized environment
- Team guidance and SOP compliance
- Inventory organization and communication
The successful candidate will have:
- 2-3 years experience in craft beer or related customer service field in high-volume establishment, Management or Leadership experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proven ability with de-escalation techniques
- Physical demands of the role include but are not limited to: Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; Often lift or move full 1/2BBL kegs.

- Starting wage at $20-23 / hour (depending on experience) plus participation in the tip pool which has averaged around $20.50 / hour this year
