Rev-A-Shelf LLC, a leader in home organization and storage solutions, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team.
The HR Manager is responsible for evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies and making sure all employee-related policies in each department align with our corporate goals and established regulations.
Position responsibilities:
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Assist in negotiating bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Complete weekly, monthly, and annual reports for headcount, turnover, safety, etc..
- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
- Manage employee review process.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential skills and experience:
- Bachelor' Degree in Human Resources or related business field
- 3 years' experience in a human resources supervisory position
- Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
- Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
