Job Summary
As a key member of our IT support team, the Business Analyst – Commercial Applications will play a crucial role in rolling out and supporting Warranty, CRM, Dealer Portals, Quoting and Configuration solutions for our REV sites. This position will be a key team member in the rollout of a new warranty application on a Salesforce platform for one of our key sites in Decatur, IN. This position will be actively involved in the full cycle of the project and participate in the business process design, system setup, testing, user training and ongoing support. This position will also be required to pull data out of the system and provide technical analysis of a large Bill of Materials (BOMS) and warranty data. Occasional travel in US to support our various REV sites (Ocala, FL, Decatur, IN).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support of Warranty, Salesforce CRM and CPQ Applications:
- Understand and Manage Commercial Tools:
- Familiarize yourself with the commercial tools used in the business, including Warranty, CRM and CPQ applications.
- Become a key subject matter expert in Warranty and Salesforce solutions receiving training on its usage.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design/configure Salesforce platform solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement new functionality while establishing knowledge transfer and support structures.
- Product Configuration and Support:
- Manage tickets and support products, troubleshoot issues and work with end users.
- Work with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate business and product requirements into configurable commercial product models, reflecting best practices and minimal customizations.
- Maintain applications and procedures to ensure data security and efficient resource utilization.
- Project Management and Implementation:
- Collaborate with business users and vendors to execute projects.
- Ensure successful project upgrades within specified timeframes and budgets while meeting business needs.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design/configure Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement new functionality while establishing knowledge transfer and support structures.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create documentation for tool setup and standard operating procedures.
- Train selected support team members so they can manage the tool independently, so tool can be sustainable.
- Warranty Solution Implementation:
- Actively participate in implementing the warranty solution for the recreational business in Decatur, Indiana.
- Collaborate with business users and vendors to configure applications according to business needs.
- Understand and support interfaces between Warranty solution and D365 F&O.
- Testing and Troubleshooting:
- Assist users and vendors during testing, conversion, and implementation phases.
- Analyze problems and troubleshoot solutions as needed.
- Standard Operating Procedures:
- Document standard operating procedures and guidelines for future sites to set up and configure the product.
- Ability to implement and lead the solution design for automating the configuration of specialty vehicles by developing configuration models and rules, product extensions, initial design of interfaces, etc.
- Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks.
- Technical skills including application development, application server and database knowledge.
- Comfortable travelling to business sites and working with teams to complete implementations.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic programming skills to pull data out of system, SQL, HTML. Microsoft .net , Java is a PLUS.
- General knowledge of network, PC operations system, network hardware, protocol, and standards
- Engineering or Computer Science Degree.
- 3-7 years’ experience working in a complex manufacturing business.
- Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Able to write SQL queries to pull data out of system.
- Technical skills that involve development of a BOM (bill of materials application development) with acute attention to detail.
- Experience with software development lifecycle, AzureDevOps experience, a plus.
- Must be able to communicate telephonically and electronically with team members and customers.
- Must be able to hear/understand/speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.
- Must be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including the ability to travel by air/auto to remote sites.
- Must be able to work in front of a personal computer for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight.
- Comfortable travelling to business sites and working with teams to complete implementations.
- The majority of the work is conducted in an office setup connecting on network to manage/administer the applications.
- This position may involve working in our manufacturing plants when managing IT technologies that are supporting our manufacturing operations.
