What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Revelry?
We are looking for a front of house manager at Revelry. This roll will work directly with the general manager and management team and will be responsible for five floor management shifts per week. The assistant manager should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. Flexibility and the availability to consistently work nights, weekends and holidays is essential.
The front of house Manager must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills. The Assistant manager should be firm, but also approachable.
We’re looking for an individual to join our team of hospitality veterans that play major roles in a busy local favorite restaurant. You will learn the ins and outs of an establishment that operates at a boundary pushing level of business, how to prioritize & delegate tasks, and how many steps go into creating a successful shift.

Qualities we are looking for:
-Multiple years of restaurant experience in different positions
-Excellent communication skills
-Ingrained sense of customer service & professionalism
-Understanding of how restaurants flow/operate--how decisions impact leadership team
-Extreme sense of ownership when identifying problems and improving current systems
-Daily practitioner of lead-by-example
-Desire to stay busy and maintain productivity and delegation with team
-A candidate looking for a long term fit and growth within an organization
Compensation $50-65k salary DOE in addition to margin based monthly bonus. You will also receive the employee benefits of shift meal, other discounts and company health insurance!
