POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for serving as the Manager for the Company’s quality management system and safety program. As the Safety& Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the development, support, deployment, monitoring and review of standards and management systems for safety and quality across the Organization. You will develop and deploy Revere programs and management systems to ensure compliance with company and customers Safety Policies and company Standards and Procedures. You will provide direction to management and other personnel to ensure operations are sustainable. You will be our internal safety authority, holding Revere to the highest safety and quality standards.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system and safety program are established, implemented, and maintained, including, but not limited to, the higher risk areas of construction activities and production areas.
- Conduct reviews for Safety Compliance and provide updates o on a consistent basis for production and jobsites.
- Keep supervision and divisional management apprised of all significant safety and quality issues identified.
- Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the Organization.
- Ensure compliance with CSIA, OSHA and MSHA requirements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Perform periodic audits company wide for compliance with Safety Policies and Standard Operating Policies and Procedures including audits and walkdowns of construction job sites and manufacturing areas.
- Promote the quality management program and safety program throughout the Company.
- Perform company-wide employee safety training or schedule required employee safety training with 3 party providers
- Perform reviews, design, and procedure creation to promote continuous improvement.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- A broad knowledge of EHS management systems and of the safety processes, technologies, and equipment used on industrial manufacturing and construction sites.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Safety, Health, and Environmental Applied Sciences.
- Five (5) years of experience in a field focused on safety, quality, and/or engineering
- Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and officials.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position, and business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Longer hours and evenings might be necessary.
