Executive Coordinator
- Compensation: $50-55K
- Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
- Location: We are an in-person company and applicants must be able and excited to come to the McKinney, TX office Monday-Friday.
As the Executive Coordinator to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will play an integral part in the success and effectiveness of our sales leadership team. From calendar management and other administrative tasks to conference coordination and booking travel, we need someone that is fanatically proactive about identifying ways to optimize the time of this fast-paced team. If you are obsessed with details and excited to put your organizational and communication skills to work, we would love to talk to you about this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
- Be the main contact between executives and stakeholders.
- Help plan and execute projects, keeping everything on track.
- Organize and maintain important documents and data.
- Prepare agendas and follow up on action items.
- Organize events, meetings, and conferences efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in an executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Stack Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce not required but preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Anticipate needs, think critically, and solve problems.
- Work well with others and contribute to the team.
