ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help execute Reviver’s software and hardware programs
  • Drive complex projects from concept to launch, articulating processes to help team succeed by not only managing risks but predicting them 
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to develop project plans, goals, and milestones for empowering our customers to access Reviver’s products and services across multiple channels 
  • Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and operations stakeholders to drive complex initiatives from conception to delivery 
  • Track milestones, progress, dependencies, and issues closely while communicating effectively to leadership and stakeholders 
  • Help teams get to the finish line collaboratively 
  • Raise the bar in the organization by being a role model in identifying issues, owning, and implementing improvements proactively 
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, effectively managing prioritization of time, resource, and scope  
  • Institute effective program management processes, tools, and best practices to bring efficiency and support collaboration. 
  • Lead project or program reviews, leadership reviews and help with hiring efforts in the organization

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2-4 years of HW/SW program management experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in consumer facing product development
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in a related field
  • Understand BOMs (Bills of Material) and associated databases (like Arena)
  • Superior organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and lead cross functional teams
  • Ability to plan effectively for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and deal with multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to recognize and manage design risks with intelligent solutions
  • CAD experience/knowledge a plus

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.  This is primarily a sedentary office/lab classification although standing in work areas may be required.  There may be a need to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push and pull drawers open and closed to retrieve and file information.  Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull material and objects up to 45 pounds.

Additional Notes

Pay: $75,000 to $90,000 annual salary depending on experience

This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. A candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation.
