What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth Manager US - Offline position at Revolut?
You’ll be responsible for:
- Own and manage all offline acquisition activity to deliver planned leads and sales within budget, CPA and other KPIs
- Ensure all offline acquisition activity is executed effectively, accurately and with issues/breakdowns minimised
- Constantly seek to grow offline acquisition within target CPA, optimising wherever possible to maintain or improve efficiencies
- An analytical and commercial B2C direct marketing professional with around 5 years experience in offline acquisition, across both media and creative
- Build and maintain annual plans and monthly forecasts, based on rational metrics and assumptions
- Getting broader alignment from leadership on execution of opportunity
What Skills You’ll Need:
- An analytical and commercial B2C direct marketing professional with around 5 years experience in offline acquisition, across both media and creative
- Channels to include (but not limited to) inserts, press, doordrops, direct mail etc and TV
- Experience in attribution in offline channels and in managing interactions with other channels (especially with digital channels)
- Experience of working with digital channels and DRTV is key
