What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth US Manager - Affiliates position at Revolut?
You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying new affiliate channels, expand relationship and performance of existing affiliate partnership
- Identifying trends, efficiencies and opportunities to improve channel performance
- Creating strategies for new customer acquisition, ideating and executing new growth strategies
- Deriving insights from performance data and partner with stakeholders to drive testing strategy
- Getting broader alignment from leadership on execution of opportunity
- Leading and executing deployment of new business lines for Revolut
What Skills You’ll Need:
- You have at least 4 years of experience in one of the following:performance marketing or affiliate marketing (big plus to affiliate marketing)
- Strong negotiation skillsYou have experience leading or executing launch of new business lines
- You have a strong track record of achievement (demonstrated through - quick assumption of greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, fast track promotions)
- You have exceptional problem solving abilities and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
