The Human Resources Associate will support the Human Resources department and general office services. This position will assist Leadership with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and has a passion for contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with recruiting; interviews, follow-up correspondence
- Assist staff with benefits, orientation, and other inquiries.
- Audit monthly benefit invoices for accuracy and processing
- Assist in all company communication
- Maintain training calendar
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities or special projects
- Administration of expense reports
